Core Rules
Global Rules

1 English is the core language used on the server - using another language may result in a kick.

2 Do not do anything to harm the server or otherwise exploit it, purposely exploiting will result in punishments.

3 Give respect to earn respect. All players must be respected.

4 Racism is strictly forbidden.

5 Do not promote religious or political viewpoints, keep it to yourself.

6 Please do not express your anger on the server - no one wants to deal with it.

7 Do not post any NSFW content (inappropriate dupes, music, etc) - young players play on the server.

8 Do not spam - this includes both "ear-rape" and chat spam.

9 Causing drama and harassing may result in a ban.

10 You may be muted/banned for posting malicious links.

11 Bullying is dealt with strictly, punishments vary.

12 Do not have disrespectful / inappropriate usernames or profile pictures [Steam & In-game].

13 Advertising the selling of things in-game for real money is not allowed and will result in a ban.

14 Where rules do not prevail, common sense shall.

15 Voice changers are allowed as long as they are not excessive. This means no mic-spam or "ear-rape".

16 Advertising media (YouTube, Twitch streams, and more) in the server is not allowed.

17 The order of authority is tasid then Kai.

General Rules

1 Do not RDM - Random Deathmatch - This is when you kill or attempt to kill a player without a valid reason.

2 Do not break NLR - New Life Rule - You forget events which have occurred in your previous life, you cannot return back to your death area for 3 minutes. If you died in a raid, you cannot retaliate and may only proceed basing after up to 8 minutes.

3 Do not Metagame - Using OOC (out of character) to deliver RP messages and using external roleplay information to gain an advantage over others (i.e police-raiding someone for asking in OOC chat "how to silence his printer").

4 Do not FDA - Fading Door Abuse - Do not use your fading door keybind to open a fading entity during a roleplay situation (i.e raid, kidnap..) you must use your keypad accordingly. You may use the keybind outside of a roleplay situation.

5 Do not commit FearRP / FailRP - Pretty much don't break roleplay by doing something unrealistic like running away/pulling out a gun at gun point or attempting to mug/kidnap someone with a gun out.

6 Spawning areas (where people spawn; the sidewalk & the rectangle) are non-roleplay areas (you cannot kill someone in spawn for a hit, you cannot arrest in spawn, etc).

7 Do not abuse your Stun Stick / Hand Shocker.

8 If you're not in a raid, you must advert steal before you steal something (money, printers, guns, and all sorts of items and entities) - you cannot steal Chip 'n' Pins.

9 Do not drop permanent items - anyone caught doing this will have the item removed and not refunded.

10 Names which cannot be targeted due to symbols/spaces are not allowed (i.e "K a i").

11 You cannot have deathmatches with your friends/anyone; these are considered MRDMs. You may have a one-life duel, mind NLR though (you're responsible for any crossfire).

12 Do not argue in the OOC chat.

Counter Rules

1 [COOLDOWN] 10 minutes - You can counter raids, mugs, kidnaps, hits and other peoples' counters.

2 Non-Governement must advert counter - all base participants must advert counter to a raid if they are outside of the base territory / are flanking (engaging from behind).

3 You can only counter to save/help clan members and people you are basing with (you must share a door or own props within their base).

4 Government jobs have no cooldown on counters, do not need to advert, and may counter for any person, independent of relation to said person.

Building Rules

1 While building your base, you must place a 'building' textscreen. This makes you prune from being raided and you cannot hold onto any valuables in the meantime. The sign must be visible and in clear sight.

2 You cannot have a KOS sign alongside a building sign. While building, if a person inside the base is not a participant, they may be killed without a warning.

3 You may only own a single base/building at a time.

4 All doors of the area you are building in must be purchased.

5 You cannot use no-collided props to gain an advantage for one-way props.

6 There must be at least 1 entrance to your base. You may prop-block the rest of the openings as long as you have one open and available.

7 You may only have a maximum of three fading door entities for your base's entrance doors (does not apply to fading windows) - you may use 2 additional fading entities for holding loot.

8 Fading doors must be entirely accessible, this means pixel fading doors are not allowed.

9 Fading walkways/ramps, double fading doors, and other fading doors that take more than one battering ram hit to open are not allowed. (REMEMBER: One Fading Door = One Fading Entity).

10 As a base member, you cannot shoot through one-way props and one-way materials.

11 Unfair angles in bases are not allowed. This includes foot-shooting windows, shooting raiders from above/below and extremely small shooting windows that only basers can effectively use.

12 Keypads and buttons need to be right next to the fading door they are operating. They must be visible, high/low enough so players don't have to crouch/jump, and fake keypads are not allowed.

13 You cannot use invisible props.

14 There has to be enough room for at least 2x2 amount of people between each fading door (EXAMPLE: https://i.imgur.com/Wwe2xtL.png).

15 KOS / DEATHMATCH ARENAS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

16 You cannot enforce a KOS sign on someone once they have left the region for more than 5 seconds (unless they're raiding).

17 KOS signs must be 60+ sized, clear, and cannot be camouflaged - they can only be used for passing a certain area. The KOS area cannot exceed the length of 3 players, starting from your base's entrance.

Base Rules

1 You cannot base/build on the streets.

2 Parkour, trap, slide, pixel walk, maze, crouch, jump, death/damage bases are not allowed.

3 Death hall/corridors & Zig-zag entrances are not allowed! Your base's entrances cannot be too long for your advantage.

4 Full black bases are not allowed - the path of the base must be completely clear.

5 The only big area in the map you can claim is half of the Industrial area (your limit is between the elevator and between the brown and blue building).

6 In order to claim the industrial area, your base must consist of 6 or more players.

7 You cannot base on top of the fountain or next to it.

8 Sky bases are not allowed.

9 You may base inside tunnels, but there has to be enough room for at least two people to pass through it. You cannot build outside of the tunnel area.

10 You can only take up the space of the area you claim, your base cannot go over the roads / streets (excluding tunnel bases).

11 Roof bases are allowed. They can only be contained within that 1 roof area and cannot exceed out of it. Only the ramp can lead up to the base from the ground.

12 You cannot block off NPCs - covering an NPC/using a gap so you can interact with it from inside a base is not allowed. You cannot cover NPCs at all.

Raiding Rules

1 [RAID COOLDOWN] 5 minutes (15 for the same person).

2 [PD-RAID COOLDOWN] 15 minutes.

3 You must do /raid to begin raiding.

4 Raids can only last for a maximum of 8 minutes.

5 You cannot raid from afar (you cannot start a raid and kill the basers by sniping from a long distance).

6 You cannot kill anyone outside of the base unless they are countering or are participants of the base.

7 While raiding the PD, you can kill everyone inside the department. However, if a Government member is outside the PD, you can only kill them when they're close to the entrance and beyond.

8 You cannot raid while there is a building sign on the base, nor can a person with a building sign raid.

9 You are not allowed to use props during a raid or raid from another base.

10 You must be raiding the base - this means you cannot advert raid just to kill the base participants.

11 You cannot raid Tramps or DJ's.

Kidnapping Rules

1 [COOLDOWN] 20 minutes (45 for the same person).

2 You must do /kidnap while looking at a player with your gun out to begin kidnapping.

3 Hostages can only be held for 10 minutes - after that they must be either killed or released.

4 A kidnap victim may retaliate if you turn your back to them without stripping their weapons beforehand (/me strips your weapons when kidnapping).

5 People who are together must all follow the 45 minute cooldown for the same person (i.e gangs).

6 The hostage must be accessible using keypads and battering rams.

7 You cannot kidnap Tramps or AFK players.

8 You must be actively trying to sell a kidnapped person (maximum ransom is $50,000).

9 A kidnapped person must never be left unattended - you must be actively checking on them (do not kidnap someone, lock them in a room and go away).

10 Your victim cannot be silenced, they can talk all they like, there's no point gagging them.

Mugging Rules

1 [COOLDOWN] 5 minutes (15 for the same person).

2 You must do /mug while looking at a player with your gun out to begin mugging.

3 You must give up to 15 seconds for someone to pay.

4 People who are together must all follow the 15 minute cooldown for the same person (i.e gangs).

5 Reverse mugs are not allowed (do not mug someone who has just mugged you).

6 You cannot mug tramps, AFK players or Government members (mayor is not included).

7 When mugged, you cannot retaliate at all. If you deny the mug, you may attempt to run away at the risk of getting killed.

Hoverboard Rules

1 You are not allowed to glitch into bases with your hoverboard.

2 If you glitch out of the map / into a base, type 'kill' in console.

3 Abusing the hoverboard will result in warns/removal of access or both.

4 Using the hoverboard to raid/get into bases/doing anything that is an advantage is not allowed.

Job Rules
Citizen Rules

1 You are not allowed to use a weapon bigger than a pistol unless it is a permanent weapon.

2 You may own a house with a maximum of 2 fading doors.

3 You cannot do anything illegal.

DJ Rules

1 Do not play anything sexual.

2 Your music must not be able to be heard at spawn.

3 You may place a KOS sign for your nightclub or DJ stand (unless the DJ stand is too small).

4 You cannot do anything illegal.

5 You may build a nightclub or own a little DJ stand on the street.

6 You cannot base with anyone else.

7 Do not play "ear-rape" music.

Doge Rules

1 You cannot use any sort of weaponry other than knives and fists (you cannot use permanent weapons that aren't knives or fists).

2 You may be claimed as a pet by someone.

3 You are not allowed to base unless you are a pet of someone.

4 You can make a little shelter and sit in it and wait to be claimed (cannot be too big).

5 You can assist raids (only with your owner) but can only use your knife.

Security Rules

1 You may be hired to protect an area by anyone (excluding Doges).

2 You cannot do anything illegal, however, you may print in the property of the person who hired you (only if they're criminals).

3 You cannot kill anyone who is not doing anything to harm the place you are protecting.

4 You are not allowed to base on your own but you may be part of the place you have been hired from.

Bank Security Rules

1 Your job is to protect the bank along with the Government. You cannot do anything illegal, that includes printing.

2 While basing in the bank, your keypads must have the CP's Allowed option checked.

3 You can only have a maximum of 2 fading doors for the bank's entrance.

4 You can only base with Doges and Security Guards.

Farmer Rules

1 You cannot do anything illegal, however, you may print.

2 You can base with other people.

Tramp Rules

1 You cannot use any sort of weaponry other than knives and fists (you cannot use permanent weapons that aren't knives or fists).

2 You cannot own any doors and cannot have props inside buildings.

3 You may not use keypads in your tramp constructions.

4 You are not allowed to block off parts of the map.

5 If a staff member deems your tramp creation too big/in the way, they may ask you to relocate or to remove it.

Pianist Rules

1 You are not allowed to use a weapon bigger than a pistol unless it is a permanent weapon.

2 You cannot do anything illegal.

3 You cannot own any doors and cannot have props inside buildings.

Lean & Opium Rules

1 You can base with anyone you'd like.

2 You cannot do anything illegal other than making/dealing drugs & printing.

Mayor Rules

1 You are not allowed to use a weapon bigger than a pistol unless it is a permanent weapon.

2 You cannot own doors, nor can you be part of any base.

3 You cannot enforce laws nor assist during police raids.

4 You may build inside the PD, but keypads must have the 'CPs Allowed' box checked.

5 Your laws must be reasonable and are not allowed to conflict with default laws. 'Jaywalking is illegal' is an example of an unreasonable law.

6 You cannot engage in illegal activities.

7 The SWAT/Police No-NLR rule does not apply to you. You cannot return to a PD raid after dying at all until the raid is over.

Police & SWAT Rules

1 You are not allowed to own any doors nor be part of any base.

2 You cannot be 'corrupt', you have to enforce laws and cannot help criminals.

3 You must have a valid reason to make someone wanted. You may not make someone wanted for killing you.

4 You must have a valid reason to weapon check someone, an example is, you saw them holding a gun while there's a law against unlicensed weapons.

5 You must have a valid reason to put a warrant on someone. Suspicious or anonymous tips do not count.

6 Police and SWAT are allowed to return to the particular crime-scene immediately after getting killed in a PD raid, bank raid or terror attack. They can ignore NLR during this time.

7 [RAID COOLDOWN] 5 minutes (15 minutes for the same person) - this is for police raids; You must use /raid.

8 Police may build a basic checkpoint in the entrance of the PD (outside) under the Mayor's consent.

9 You are not allowed to excuse your clan for breaking the law.

10 Before enforcing a law, warn the person you are targeting. You must do /advert Warn 3 times with 3 seconds of gaps (make sure you specify the right reason in the advert, i.e "warn 1/2/3 put the weapon down" or "stop that").

11 You cannot engage in any illegal activities.

12 (ONLY SWAT GENERAL AND POLICE CHIEF) You may build in the PD as long as the Keypad settings are set to 'CP's Allowed' - you can also have a KOS/AOS sign in the entrance.

Officer Shark Rules

1 You are not allowed to own any doors nor be part of any base.

2 You cannot be 'corrupt', you have to assist government and cannot help criminals.

3 You must have a valid reason to make someone wanted. You may not make someone wanted for killing you.

4 You must have a valid reason to put a warrant on someone. Suspicious or anonymous tips do not count.

5 You are not allowed to excuse your clan for breaking the law.

6 Before enforcing a law, warn the person you are targeting. You must do /advert Warn 3 times with 3 seconds of gaps (make sure you specify the right reason in the advert, i.e "warn 1/2/3 put the weapon down" or "stop that").

Secret Service Rules

1 You are not allowed to own any doors nor be part of any base.

2 You must always be with the Mayor at all times. If there's no Mayor, you must protect the PD.

3 You cannot enforce laws, you may only protect the Mayor/PD.

4 You cannot engage in illegal activities.

Bloods & Crips Rules

1 You are two opposing gangs - Bloods vs Crips.

2 You can only KOS the rival gang in Industrial, Residential, Slums and Uptown (do not forget about NLR!) - anywhere else will be counted as RDM.

3 NLR is still active. You cannot return to try kill the opposing gang over and over.

4 You are responsible for crossfire when shooting an opposing member - be careful with your gunfire.

5 All members must follow their leader.

Hitman & Assassin Rules

1 You can raid to get to your target. You may obtain raiding tools from a Weaponry Dealer (during a raid, YOU CANNOT STEAL ANYTHING - you may destroy things though).

2 You are not allowed to do anything illegal other than fullfill your hit and raid.

3 You cannot base nor can you own doors, however, you may build a small hit-stand on the streets (you can get arrested for it after 3 warnings if you don't remove it!).

Gangster, Mob Boss, Thieves & Chav Rules

1 You can base with anyone you'd like.

2 Gangsters must follow a mob boss' orders.

3 Chavs are allowed to work for the police. If an agreement is made, they cannot be arrested..

4 Chavs can raid bases for government in order to gather evidence for them.

5 You can do anything that is illegal which does not involve terror.

Terrorist Rules

1 Terrorists can base with anyone they'd like.

2 You can start a terror using /terror - this consists of a 20 minute cooldown.

3 A terror attack lasts until you are either killed or arrested.

4 During a terror, you can only target Government members or anyone inside the Police Department.

5 Terrorists may take part in other criminal activities.

6 Terrorist leaders can kill anyone during their bombings (you can only use the bomb you are deployed with).

Weaponry Dealer Rules

1 You can earn a maximum of $10,000 from a single transaction for an item.

2 You cannot self-supply anything other than SMGs or pistols.

3 You must have a store which must be publically available and open majority of the time.

4 You are allowed to own printers but cannot take part in other criminal activities.

5 You are allowed to base with other weaponry dealers, doges and security guards.

6 You are not alowed to scam people and always make sure customers pay first.

Terms Of Service

1 Most PUBLIC information of players are stored and we can decide what to do with it.

2 There is a possibility you are banned from the server, however, they can be appealed.

3 All cheaters will be dealt with strictly.

4 Assisting banned users to have access to the server results in a Community Ban (this includes alting and etc...).

5 Not following the rules will result in a punishment.

6 DDoS threats, DOXing threats or doing the actions = permanent ban.

7 Reaching 30 total warnings will result in a permanent ban.
